Emma is the Chief Executive of the Trussell Trust, a charity that works to end the need for food banks in the UK. It supports a network of over 1,200 food banks to provide emergency food and compassionate, practical support to people in crisis, while campaigning for long-term change to the structural issues that lock people into poverty.
Before joining the Trussell Trust in 2018, Emma was the CEO of Ambition, a national membership body for organisations working with young people. Prior to that she was CEO of Landmark Training and then of the Reynolds Training Academy. She has a BA from the University of Strathclyde.
